For those of you who are curious, Cursillo is a worldwide movement of the Christian Church. The movement began in the 1940s and remains a vibrant movement today!
It begins with a three-day Cursillo weekend (Thursday evening-Sunday afternoon) that provides a living experience – meeting Christ, meeting fellow Christians and experiencing how they live. It’s a joyful, fun-filled experience.
The Cursillo method described during the weekend provides a means to continue the Christian growth after the weekend. The resulting Christian community is a group of men and women who live the Christian life, linked together in Christ, and are supported in their environment.
You can read more about the weekend at cursillo.dioms.org.

EFM is a four year course offered by Sewanee. Participants engage in study, prayer and reflection despite the attendance of students at different stages in each class. There is always a connection to each through the lessons that makes it easy for all levels to engage in discussion.
This is a four year program, however you only commit one year at a time. EFM has adds a whole new dimension to your faith and understanding of the good news, and the friendships grown from the discussions are dear to all.   Contact: Lonnie Burch   [lonnieb1582@gmail.com]
